Frederick and Julia had one child, Jacob Tope, who was born about 1820 in Illinois. He married Sarah Hunsaker on 18 July 1839 in Jonesboro, Union Co., Illinois.

2. Margaret Alvira Tope born 18 December 1881 in Anna, Union Co., Illinois. She married Edward Chapman on 7 June 1903.

5. George Tope born about 1850 in Grand Tower, Jackson Co., Illinois. He married first Sarah Ann Wilson, second, Edith Ann Vance. George then married Margaret Jane Gregory on 8 March 1874 in Union Co., Illinois. She was born in 1869 in Alto Pass, Union Co., Illinois.

George and Sarah had one child:
1. James Tope born 1875.
George and Edith had one child:
1. Thomas Oscar Tope born 14 January 1879 in Cobden, Union Co., Illinois.
George and Margaret's children:
1. Ida Lee Tope born 28 May 1889, died 22 November 1968. She married/1 Dossia Jackson, and married/2 Bailey J. Fisher. Bailey first married Ida's sister, Effie Tope.

Ida and Dossia had four children:

6. Newton Tope born in 1891 and died in December 1969 at Carbondale, Illinois. He married/1 Minnie E. Hancock who was born 27 July 1893 in McKenda, Illinois; married/2 Stella Hancock.
7. Effie Tope born 1892 in Jackson, Co., Illinois. She married Bailey J. Fisher who was born October 1889 in Jackson, Co., Illinois.
8. Edward Tope born 11 January 1893 in Makanda, Jackson Co., Illinois.
9. Edwin Tope born in 1896.
