James Harvey TOPE was born 8 June 1865 in Rockwood, Randolph Co., Illinois, to George Washington TOPE and Catherine SPEARS, and died 26 Auoust 1922 in Lilbourn, New Madrid Co., Missouri. He married Lavica MOORE on 11 September 1889 in Rockwood, Randolph Co., llinois. She was born on 8 August 1867 in Rockwood, Randolph Co., Illinois, to Isaac V. MOORE and Rebecca J. HOLIDAY and died February 1946 in Lilbourn, New Madrid Co., Missouri. Both are buried in New Hope Cemetery, Lilbourn, New Madrid Co., Missouri.
